Informed Bewilderment

John Naughton, writing in The Guardian, tackles the Internet, offering a kind of primer on what we should know/be thinking about as we use this insidious technology. It’s not scaremongering. It’s about awareness. The future is unguessable, but we could at least attempt to understand the here and now. Although–I admit–I’m one of the lazy people who doesn’t bother. I treat the internet as infrastructure, leaving its maintenance and evolution to “experts”.
