I recently planted a sweet marjoram plant and had to taste it. Amazing. It is truly like nibbling perfume. I’ve never cooked with marjoram (unadventurous, that’s me) and I was wondering how to use edible perfume. Enter Jamie Oliver. Olive oil, lemon, marjoram, salt and pepper bang it all together and pour on fish. It was all on MasterChef (which I watch now and then–couldn’t resist the “London Week”). Can also use on lamb. I’m wondering about chicken.
