I could have spent yesterday, lunch time, thinking of a post for today. Instead, I went to the beach.
Now I know why seagulls hang out there. The sand is warm, the wind is from either Africa or the South Pole, the waves are hypnotic. Bliss.

The sounds of the waves is always so restful. The break probably did you good!
I think it did 🙂 I'm looking forward to the Sailing World Championships in Freo in a couple of weeks … an inarguably good reason to go and watch the ocean waves 🙂
