I’ve gone visiting again — I know! Some people are never home 😉

I took a photo of my great-granddad and dashed over to the Darkside Down Under hangout of Australian speculative fiction romance authors to talk about the strangeness of writing an alternative history of a time and place where I know my great-granddad was walking around in it for real. Judging by family stories of his crankiness, he would not have been amused. Then again, he might have thought it hilarious. I have a suspicion that he was a teller of tall tales, himself 🙂
