No, we haven’t been here before, but a Golden Chrysanthemum Week is prime time for a deja vu experience.

The science of deja vu can be summed up as — no one quite knows what it is. But we’ve all had that moment of thinking that what we’re experiencing has happened before.

A lot of life is like that: we go around in circles. Maybe the circles continue until we gather the knowledge and strength to break out. Or maybe circles are the natural way to live.

When you experience your moment of deja vu this week, ask yourself what makes the moment that you feel you’re re-experiencing so special? Often deja vu seems of no import, but maybe we’re wrong. Maybe our subconscious is signalling something fascinating.
