Something Magical

I have a few magical things to share with you, today.

The first magical happening is a book promotion. Great fantasy and science fiction novels, all 99c till September 14 (US and UK Amazon customers only, sorry – that’s Amazon’s Kindle Countdown rules *frustrated sigh* Amazon can be so annoying! I can’t even lend my Amazon-bought ebooks here in Australia, which you can do in the US). Anyways, the link!  Art of the Arcanehttps://artofthearcane.com/99-Demons-Vampires-Witches-Wolves/

The second magical thing is a collection of random links to things that have interested me.

The weather affects our mood. I believe this. In really hot weather I’m a bad-tempered monster!

If you’re an author looking for where to promote your book, Nicholas Erik has a useful list – and if you’re a reader, you may find some new-to-you sites to help you in your search for your next great book.

Australian Bush Medicine and ancient healing traditions.

You can be a stylish assassin thanks to the Discworld Emporium (very cool site for other Terry Pratchett fans). Link to an Assassin Guild scarf.

BookBub, which is pretty much the premier newsletter for book promotions (free and discounted) is expanding and includes sharing reviews (they call them recommendations). This is me over there. I’ll happily follow you back if you leave a link to your BookBub profile in the comments on this post.

The third magical thing is … not so magical. I’m delaying (even further) the release of Amaranthine Kiss. I’m not happy with a couple of plot points, so my subconscious needs to wrestle with the book a while. Meantime, I’m writing other things. Does that sound mysteriously good? I hope so. You’re going to enjoy the surprise – and Amaranthine Kiss, when I’m finally happy with it.
