I’m sending you this quick note to apologize for the delay in releasing Ghosts Cry, book 4 in my Caldryn Parliament series. It will now be out in November, one year after the release of Rogues Lie.
Unfortunately, Amazon wouldn’t allow me to extend the pre-order period, but instead, cancelled the book. It WILL be out in November and available in Kindle Unlimited. I just don’t have a buy link for it until it goes live.
In better news, all my books are now theoretically available through your local library as digital books via Libby or Hoopla. You just have to convince your friendly librarian to buy them. Pointing them toward my Goodreads page might convince your librarian that I’m not a fly-by-night self-published author. I’ve been at this for a decade (wails about feeling old 😉 ).
Let’s hope the second half of 2026 is less chaotic! Sorry, again, for the delay in releasing Ghosts Cry. Blame life! And in case you’re worrying, I’m fine. Just a busy, distracted bee 🐝

It’ll be lovely to finally share it in November. Ghosts Cry has kept challenging me with what ifs, but those ideas can be saved for short stories (that’s me arguing with my over-active muse 😀 )
I’m lookig forward to the November release. I have a vacation planned for most of the month and firmly intend to curl up with it on book birthday and not go outside until I’ve read it. 😉
