The apple?
It tasted fine. Sweet and tart,
full of promise.
Adam licked the juice from my lips,
said, Yes.
I remember our laughter,
the courage and fear.
That night, so good,
when we chose to live,
and how wild we danced.
The apple?
It tasted fine. Sweet and tart,
full of promise.
Adam licked the juice from my lips,
said, Yes.
I remember our laughter,
the courage and fear.
That night, so good,
when we chose to live,
and how wild we danced.

Oh niiice.
Thanks! I do like playing with poetry. Such a cool way to explore ideas and try out words.
🙂
Ref: Adam licked the juice from my lips,
Oh, man. I can taste that tongue. 🙂
